Can the Wandsoft system be used by multiple users?

The Wandsoft system is designed to be used by all staff in the business. As such, it is important that various access rights are granted to various staff based on their work requirements.

At first, each user is assigned a different username and password. All data is stored encrypted, and even our staff cannot retrieve the data.

To help ease the task, Wandsoft lets you set groups of people and assign specific rights to specific groups. It is a very easy process, with no technical knowledge required.

Our modules include a record locking function, so your staff won't overwrite information edited by another user.

In addition, for sales teams, regions can easily be added, with the ability to view only the data of one rep, of one region or the whole system.

The Wandsoft platform includes many reporting functions and audit trails. It is easy to report in HTML, Word or Excel formats.
